GENERAL ORDER DATA

The following should always be added to your order:

• Machine number (check machine ID plate)
• Part number/serial number
• Part name
• Quantity

MECHANICAL PARTS

Mechanical parts are given a number by us.
If you cannot find the spare part number, make a drawing or take a photograph of the part and send it to us together with a description of the function of the part concerned.

ELECTRICAL PARTS

Electrical parts are equipped with a yellow sticker with a number corresponding with the electrical diagram. The correct parts number can be found in the parts list of the respective assembly.
