When your press breaks down, it is our mission to get it back up and running. We understand your company’s need for continuous production and will arrive at your location as soon as possible.
Our service engineers have access to all the necessary information about your press and are fully qualified to prepare jobs effectively and efficiently. Your input on technical issues and questions will be included in the planning of the intervention. Our service engineers are supported by the in-depth knowledge of our Helpdesk, Engineering, and Operations Team.
In addition to emergency repairs, we relocate machines and even entire printing rooms. We have relocated many machines all over the world over the last few decades. We can disassemble the machine at the previous location and prepare the press for shipment. Our field service engineers install and commission the machine once it has arrived at its new location. We think in terms of possibilities rather than difficulties and we would like to be challenged.
