DG press currently employs more than 50 enthusiastic employees. We do business all over the world from our office in Hall. The working environment at DG press can be described as informal, open, and collegial. The many projects that take place all over the world are carried out with a strong sense of teamwork. There is a lot of synergy within the organisation in terms of knowledge, infrastructure, service, and development.

Management

Remko Koolbergen

Founder of DG press

Remko is co-founder and managing director of DG press. He joined Drent Goebel B.V. in 2000 as Manager Customer Service. He and his partner, Peter Kloppers, founded DG press in 2009. Remko has been the sole owner since December 30, 2019, after taking over his business partner’s shares. He previously held a variety of service management positions in the semiconductor industry (including at Philips and Besi Netherlands).

Rutger Jansen

Director Sales & Service

Rutger is the sales and service director of DG press. He has worked in the printing industry for over 30 years. He previously held senior positions at Contiweb, Goss International, and Heidelberg, including CEO, Sales Director, and Service Director. Rutger has led teams in the Netherlands, USA, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom. Rutger has a master’s degree in technical business administration as well as a post-graduate diploma in logistics.

 

Jurgen van der Kaaden

Finance Manager

Jurgen is graduated as a business economist and widely experienced in business finance, mainly focused on production. After publishing his thesis he joined the Dutch cigarette factory of the worldwide Rothmans group, involved in company growth, restructuring, and finally company closure. Before joining DG press, he was finance lead for Bruynzeel Home Products, including a management board member of the Polish production site, Stichting Centrum Indicatiestelling Zorg, ACV-group, and VHP Security Paper.

 

Freddy Haak

Manager Operations

Freddy Haak brings extensive expertise from his entrepreneurial background as the former owner of Haak Group. His deep knowledge of the industry combined with a wide-ranging network in the manufacturing sector, enables him to drive operational excellence and foster innovative solutions. Freddy is committed to enhancing our processes and ensuring the success of our projects.
